We have a pool at my house, and I have a feeling I’m going to be spending a lot more time in there this summer with nowhere to go, really.

Typically someone either holds me or I lay on a regular pool float, but those aren’t really comfortable for me. Does anyone know of any adaptive equipment for the pool? I have yet to do research on it, so I thought I’d ask here first!

I’ve never used one, but have you ever seen those round neck float things? They seem pretty popular. It would keep your head above water and allow to put the rest of your body in the water.

I have! I don’t know how comfortable it’d be in the hot sun but maybe because most of me would be submerged in water, it wouldn’t be so bad.

They definitely seem like something that would be worth trying. I can’t use them because of my trach, but you’ll have to let me know what you think if you try it.
