Do you decorate seasonally?
As the seasons change, I always get the urge to refresh my space. Of course, all the fall décor is calling to me. What’s challenging for me is swapping everything out. Once things get put away often they’re never to be seen again.
Do you decorate for the seasons? Any tips on making the transition easier?

I’m a seasonal decorator. I love it. Plus, I get bored with my living space, so adding decor that goes with the seasons gives my house a little extra pizazz.
One method that helps me is keeping a spreadsheet of all the decorations I own and where they are located. As my PCA is putting things away, I’m writing them down. For example, “Christmas tree – Michael’s box – left corner of the basement.”
Once it’s out of sight, I won’t remember where it is. That makes explaining where things are to my PCA rather tricky, especially when they don’t know what things look like. With my spreadsheet, I can refer back to it and give my PCA clear directions as to where things are. It saves a ton of time, too.
