Making The Workplace Accessible

I wanted to share this article from the MDA Quest Magazine about workplace accommodations for people with disabilities: https://www.mda.org/quest/article/making-workplace-accessible. There are some great points here about everything from individual accommodations to creating a more inclusive atmosphere in the office.
I think the biggest takeaway from this piece is that for those of us with disabilities, we have to be our biggest advocates. I fully believe in this principle, and this article reiterates it well. In my experiences in school and in working, my teachers and employers have been willing to make accommodations for me as long as I ask.
