  On hiring new caregivers

  Finally found and hired a third shift caregiver. It has been so tough trying to find help the last two years, let’s hope this one stays longer than a few months.

  But hiring new caregivers is never easy. On top of it, I’m dealing with some health issues right now and the added stress of having a complete stranger take care of me isn’t helping. Do you have any tips or suggestions for onboarding a new caregiver? Anything that makes the adjustment phase easier?
