Hi Alyssa,

Ginseng is a nerve stimulant, it’s used as a tonic for the elderly.

It is a root related to ginger and turmeric but can react with some medications.

Hello everyone.

I’m new here and I’d like to know if anyone else has tried Korean ginseng.

It’s the only thing that ever helped me. I could only use it for 2 – 3 months then a break for a month.

Ginseng can interact with other meds so check with your doctor but it certainly helped me.
