And of course it’s more of a two year gig. </p>
<p>Nursing students, and two year colleges and universities nearby can alleviate some of the searching for solid assistance.</p>

<p>I have followed this thread regarding caregivers (PCAs) for some time. I don’t think there will be a perfect environment to secure PCAs for the long-term. Ideally I attempt to get 2 PCAs (part-time positions, morning and evenings), with the understanding that they would be willing to work alternate weekends.</p>
