Had spinal fusion at 40 years of age.  Had back as long as i can remember. Turns out had scoliosis. The back pain never really went away. Now age 65 can barley walk. Now doctors telling me i need the rest of my spine fused. I do get live able relief from RFA  and other lumbar injections. Not sure if total spine fusion is a good idea .
