Biography

I’m a 48 year young woman who was diagnosed with SMA3 at 4 years old. I’ve always had a very positive attitude because I am a big believer in it takes more energy to be angry, bitter, or mad at something which ultimately will not change this situation, versus a happy and positive outlook. A positive outlook takes less energy (which I can use all the energy I can find) and also it makes everything better. Also, laughter is a wonderful help too! However, it’s really difficult to laugh when you’re in a negative state of mind.
