My name is Thembi or Lily. I’m a 26 year old qualified journalist living in South Africa. Currently I work in public governance in my province.
I was born with Type III and it’s significantly worsened in the last three years – I’m finding myself again and figuring out how to navigate relationships while balancing work. My favourite place to be is in the pool- where I have hydrotherapy twice a week.
When I’m not traveling or hanging out with friends, I’m advocating for Inclusive Education, undermining desexualisation of disabled people and writing.
