Hello everyone! I’ve been SMA News Today’s Social Media Director for the past 3 years. A new opportunity has opened up and I’m excited to start contributing to this forum as a host. I look forward to working with you to build the best and safest online space for the Parkinson’s disease community.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and I have a Master’s degree in Communication, Culture and Information Technologies from University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL). My professional interests include science communication, public awareness of science and communication of science through entertainment.
The important stuff now: I have a cat called the Portuguese equivalent of “Mister Cat” and I love film photography 🙂
