Ways to Treat Yourself
I know I’ve mentioned several times that I’m experiencing the winter blues HARD these days. So, I’ve been extra mindful to set aside time every day to make time for ME. In other words, I make time to do something I love and find relaxing. Usually, it involves drawing or reading under a blanket with some essential oil concoction. These little rituals definitely boost my mood and realign my mind in my little hibernation.
