I love my Back Scratcher. I use it in bed to move covers, pull cell phone and remotes to me that slide out of my reach and obviously itch. I use an extra-large metal extender one, it’s very light weight.

I use “Waterfall” armrest pads. I have a permobil too, but I don’t use their armrest pads.

I was a clerk typist/receptionist for Metropolitan Development for the City of Indianapolis. It was 1985 when computers first came out and they were so basic. There were two computers for the whole office and I had to type everything for everyone in the office, probably about 10 people.

I’ve had it done by a professional with a teeth whitening machine but it’s very expensive but well worth it.

I’m on Medicaid and Medicare and they offer a few food programs. I’m not sure if It’s different in all States. I tried Meals on Wheels a long long time ago, wasn’t really for me (with Covid, not sure if this is still offered), I tried “Mom’s Meals” for quite awhile. I liked them and they offer a wide variety of food. I recently found out they cover shakes like Boost but I haven’t tried that yet. These programs are different then low income programs, which I don’t qualify for even though my only income is SSDI. Good luck.
