  Hey guys!  I wanted to share this offer through Cure SMA for US residents. “In an effort to always be offering additional resources, we are thrilled to launch a new program for all individuals with SMA to help in the event of a choking emergency. Through this program, a LifeVac USA Home Kit is provided to any individual with SMA who requests one, at no cost to this person.
