Happy Friday!
With the pandemic still raging, and the election drawing closer, I wanted to share this great mental health resource. Y’all know I’m a huge proponent of counseling! But I also know that therapy is inaccessible to a lot of folks, especially these days, so I think this resource is a great way to apply the foundational concepts of counseling on your own time.
