Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend.

So for today’s Motivation Monday topic, I wanted to share my friend Tyler’s 31 Days of SMA story. Living independently is a topic we’ve brought up here many times. Trying to figure out all the logistics of it can be challenging, when you have SMA.

Tyler writes about how he’s managed to do this as an adult with SMA Type II. It hasn’t always been easy for him, but he’s made it work. For a more in-depth version of this story, check out my podcast interview with Tyler from earlier this year.

Do you have any takeaways from Tyler’s story? Do you have any questions and/or tips for living independently?

It made me wish I’d chosen a career where I could make more money haha. No really it motivated me to just go do it and make the first move!
