Pen Snob
I have to admit I’m a self proclaimed pen snob. In this digital world every now & then I still need to use a writing implement. As it’s gotten to be more difficult to write, I’ve gotten to be more selective. Pens are much easier for me than a pencil, however if I have to use a pencil I go mechanical. I prefer clicky pens as I can usually jam it on the table to expose the pen rather than struggle with a cap. It must also write smoothly with not a lot of pressure. Oddly enough some of my favorite pens are the ones businesses give away at events. When I do find a pen I like, I usually am very possessive of it. I’ll leave the crummy pens out and tuck away my favorites so only I can use them. Do you have a favorite brand? Anyone else possessive of their pens, or should I just let it go?

It’s been a while since I’ve had the ability to handwrite, but I understand preferring to write instead of type.
However, my assistants in college used smart pens to take notes for me and record lectures. Have you used these before? The ones I had were pretty heavy for me, but I’m sure there are different types.
