  Happy Friday, everyone! I recently came across this guide to employment policy and thought it might be a good resource. The guide was put together by the Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN), but it’s meant for all people with disabilities.

  There are many policies out there that affect disabled people; some are beneficial, but some aren’t. The guide explains Employment First, sheltered workshops, minimum wage and the laws that allow employers to pay disabled workers less than minimum wage, work requirements and how they impact people with disabilities, and more. The guide is a resource for people with disabilities looking to advocate for themselves when it comes to employment.
