Staying social during a pandemic isn’t easy. Especially since I’m not a social butterfly to begin with. Prom didn’t entice me. Skipped my college graduation. I do have a few close friends I stay in contact with, but we can’t do much at the moment. One way to stay social during a pandemic is online. It’s a little short notice but I thought I’d remind you of the Cure SMA adult social happening tonight 1/25/21. They’re making it a monthly event. Here’s the registration link if you’re interested. Personally I think it’s a great way to connect with others in the SMA community. Since I’m not well versed in traveling it makes it so much easier to meet up. I’ve attended a few & they’ve been fun. Typically since there are quite a few participants the host will create breakout rooms so we can get to know each other. It’s been fun seeing familiar faces and getting to know new ones. Hope to see you there!
