I would tell you if I could actually get prospects to show up for their interviews, lol. Seriously though, I go more off the vibe than have specific questions. Usually I go over what I’m asking of them, and question if they’ve done it before. Usually I can tell if they’ll be comfortable or not right away. If they’re interested I’ll have them follow along a couple times trying a few things hands on. Otherwise you can learn a lot about them just by casual conversation. What’s most important for you to know? I really try to stress dependability, but if you come right out and ask as if they’d say they’re not.
