Altitude Sickness
Anyone here experience altitude sickness? About 4 years ago, I had a freak incident happen to me and I’ve lived with vertigo and motion sickness ever since. I live in a low-elevation area of the country, but if I’m in the car and we drive up several hundred feet, I get lightheaded. I also can’t go from the ground floor to high-rise floors in elevators without feeling woozy. Because of these feelings, I’m afraid to fly again.
But I’m also missing being able to travel, too.
I was wondering if anyone has dealt with vertigo, motion sickness, altitude changes, etc. but has been okay on a plane? Curious if the cabin pressurization makes it manageable.
