      Happy Tuesday! The next installment in my column series on coronavirus anxiety is out. I drew heavily on acceptance and commitment therapy in my discussion of values-based living, as I wanted to explore the concept of “pressing pause” during quarantine. I know I’ve been guilty of feeling like my life is on hold right now, but in truth, I am still responsible for my actions throughout this time of uncertainty. 

      I hope this column gets you thinking about adhering to your values, even now. What are some ways you could embody your deepest beliefs even when you’re social distancing and sheltering at home?
