  Ditching the “New Year, New Me” Mantra

  I think Alyssa makes some good points here. I like setting realistic goals and resolutions for myself, but I agree that the whole “new year, new me” adage is exaggerated. Like she says here, it’s more about how we can grow, reflect on where we’ve been, and apply that to our futures.
