How do you open stuff?

Does anyone else get excited when something is cheaply made because it means you might be able to open it?

I’m forever struggling to open things. Although I have tools to help, they don’t always work. I hardly ever tighten something once I’ve opened it. My nieces call it booby-trapping and have learned to never pick up something from the lid.

Any product recommendations that are easy to use? Do you have any tips or tools that help open things? How do you close products to keep them fresh?

I’m unable to open or close anything independently so I can’t answer your questions, but have you seen this on Amazon? I’ve seen a lot of people in the disability community recommend it.

  Thanks for the suggestion. I have one like that but you still need to squeeze it to get a grip.
