    Alyssa Silva founded Working on Walking (WOW) at her kitchen table when she was 10-years-old. Her mission was simple: to raise funds and awareness for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Today, grown up Alysssa reflects back on her life’s path and the many helpers she’d had along the way.
