      Every family goes through their share of triumphs and tribulations. Some more than others. If you’ve been following Michael Casten’s column Five Servings of Strength you’ll know they’ve had plenty of misfortune to overcome. In his most recent article he writes about how his wife’s recovery from recent surgery landed her back in the hospital at a rather inopportune time. In typical Casten fashion, they got through it as a family. How does your family deal with tumultuous situations?
