The non-profit organization, Cure SMA, is launching an international patient survey so that it can address some of the issues surrounding spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) treatment.

Find out about seven care areas for supporting patients with SMA.

Cure SMA is inviting patients and caregivers to complete a survey regarding aspects of everyday living with SMA with the hopes that the information can be used to push changes that will benefit the SMA community.

The survey can be completed online in around 15 minutes and is open to SMA patients over the age of majority and parents and caregivers of children with SMA, including those who have passed away. All participants will be entered into a prize draw where they have the chance of winning a range of prizes from Disney World vacations to Disney gift vouchers.

The surveys are split into different categories depending on the age of the patient and whether you are a patient or caregiver.
