Reading and Mental Health
I know I’ve said this before, but reading helps me a lot with my mental health. Especially when I’m stressed or feeling burned out, there’s nothing like diving deep into a good book.
Currently I’m really enjoying “The Passage” by Justin Cronin, which was recently adapted into a tv show. I’m also reading a bunch of comics and graphic novels, which I always do. These days I’m reading mostly DC and indie books.
