  Do you feel comfortable about asking strangers for help?

  In case you missed it, SMA News Today has a new columnist! Her name is Connie Chandler, and she has already given us some great insight into her life with SMA. I really liked her column last week about asking strangers for help. 

  Admittedly, I’ve never done this and am too shy to. But I wish I weren’t like this! I don’t know why I get in my own way, but I do. Life would be much easier for me if I just spoke up. 

  How do you feel about asking strangers for help? Any tips for the quiet ones like me?
