Meet Tandin, a young professional who was misdiagnosed in his home country of Bhutan. Tandin moved to the states with the intention of getting cured, but it was the doctors here that discovered he had SMA type 3.
Since then, Tandin had to learn how to accept such a vastly different, and incurable, disease. In his words, he tells us what that experience was like.
