  Are SMA Treatments Effective?

  Last week I asked where you are at in your SMA treatment journey. I got a lot of responses and the answers varied between those who have been on treatment for a while and those just starting out. One question it brought up for me is the effectiveness of the treatments. In this video I talk about some of the factors I believe play into how effective the treatments seem. Keep in mind the treatments aim to halt or slow the progression, not reverse the damage already done. I also talk about my feelings regarding if treatment is worth it. Since football season is upon us I use a football analogy to get my point across.

  What are your thoughts regarding treatment? Do you feel they are effective?
