Happy Tuesday! My latest column is about “returning to normal” and how I’m trying to give myself grace. It’s been a rough year and a half, so I’m giving myself permission to take things slow.

How do you feel about returning to normal?

I love reading your columns, but this one really hit home for me. Felt like I was reading every single thought in my head right now. I hope you start to feel more like yourself again soon.
