        Apparently, National Sleep Awareness Week starts today— I didn’t even know that was a thing. Truth be told, my sleeping pattern is a mess, and I definitely don’t get enough shut-eye. Between asking to get repositioned, needing to flush my NJ tube, my BiPAP getting all wonky, etc., I always wake up tired. 

        Do you have trouble sleeping too? Any hacks on getting a good night’s rest?
