Managing Allergies This Spring
For those who suffer from allergies, how are you holding up with spring officially here? I can’t be certain, but I think Mother Nature has a personal vendetta against me. I’ve been itching to finally spend more time outdoors after another cold and lonely New England winter, but I’m struggling out there. I have always had bad allergies at this time of year but never this bad. Why is that? Is it possible that because I didn’t get out much last year my body is having a worse reaction to allergies? I don’t know if that’s a thing, but I would love to hear how all of you are managing.
Besides OTC meds, do you do additional nebulizer treatments, inhalers, chest PT, etc to combat symptoms?
