  Brianna Albers, who lives with SMA, doesn’t enjoy being touched in massage therapy, even though she does enjoy — and even craves — human physical contact in the form of hugs and hand holding. Even though receiving a massage is uncomfortable, and sometimes painful, Briana knows it will help her feel better in the long run.
