#NDEAM: The Mighty Rounds Up Remote Job Opportunities
You may have heard that October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, (NDEAM). The Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) has all sorts of resources available via the U.S. Department of Labor, but if you’re looking for something a little more specific, you might find The Mighty’s newest post of interest.
Just last month, The Mighty started compiling remote job opportunities. In fact, they already have a success story! One of their readers applied for a job and got it. This month’s roundup features seven companies hiring remote workers. Many of the companies offer benefits, including flexible schedules and international opportunities.
The companies have a variety of job openings available. For example, you could apply to be a writer, a fundraising assistant a video producer, a community analyst, or a marketing professional. Companies listed in the roundup include Crossover, Elastic, Wallethub, Wikimedia Foundation, Sticker Mule, Automattic, and GitLab.
