Update on Nausea and Matcha
Happy Friday! Wanted to update y’all on my afternoon nausea. I think I’ve determined it was the matcha—I did a little research and discovered that, depending on your tolerance to green tea, you might struggle with diarrhea, dehydration, and other GI issues. I haven’t been feeling well for weeks, so I decided to go off the matcha for a while to see if it would help. And it did! I’m feeling much better.
With matcha out of the running, I decided to try a couple of clean energy drinks. I’m currently experimenting with Zevia, and am waiting on my EBOOST order. I’ll keep y’all in the loop!
