Checking In During the COVID Chaos
Even though we’re practicing extreme social distancing I think it’s important to stay connected. That’s why I want to know, how are you doing? Personally I’ve been busier than ever. It’s probably a good thing as it distracts me from the devastation that’s going on. Not only have I been busy with work, I’ve been trying to make extra connections with my friends and family. Not all of them are as fortunate as me in continuing to work. Isolation is new to a lot of them as well. If I can send a card that will make them smile, or just give some words of encouragement over the phone I feel like I’m doing something positive.
A lot of our columnists have written about how they’re dealing with the current situation. Feel free to check them out. Do you resonate with any of them?
