Columnist Writes About How Staying Organized Simplifies Life with SMA
Amid all the doctors’ appointments, symptoms to manage, and daily nuances of living with SMA, I find that my days can sometimes feel chaotic and complicated on top of my jobs, responsibilities, and just general adulting. But I’ve also found that staying organized helps simplify my life and gives me the energy and capacity to manage it all.
