Favorite Ways to Unwind
What are some of your favorite ways to unwind that doesn’t involve requiring a lot of help from others?
For example, bubble baths sound dreamy, but that would require someone undressing me, drawing a bath, putting me in, monitoring me, and so forth. By that point, it’s not that relaxing to me.
I’m thinking more along the lines of meditation or listening to music or reading a book. Something soothing, but not difficult. I have a hard time slowing down and I’m beginning to feel a little burnt out, so your tips are much appreciated!!!
