    Happy Friday!

Now that I’ve finished Keah Brown’s “The Pretty One”, I’ve decided to read “Disability Visibility,” a collection of essays edited by Alice Wong. I’ve been a fan of Wong’s work for years and even interviewed her several years ago for SNT. I’m looking forward to supporting her latest endeavor.

Drop a comment below if you’re interested in reading “Disability Visibility.” Otherwise, keep an eye out for my column on the book sometime in August!

Do you have any other book recommendations by people of color with disabilities?

I just got this book yesterday! I know one of the authors of an essay, Ariel Henley. She’s a wonderful writer. I’m starting the book today!
