Thankful for Therapists, Technology, Research and Compassion

I think it’s important to be reminded of things like this, especially during the holidays. There’s nothing wrong with venting about the frustrating things that come with SMA, and doing that can be quite therapeutic.
Still, it’s good to talk about all the joys we have as well. Also, we have other treatments, technologies and medical advancements to look forward to. I’m glad Michael wrote this, and I hope you all can find some encouragement from this column. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
