Thanksgiving and Traveling for the Holidays
Can you believe Thanksgiving is next week? Time has been flying by.
I imagine most of us stay in our homes for Thanksgiving and have our families come to us, but I was wondering if anyone here travels for the holidays. What kind of logistical factors are there? I travel, but usually in the spring and summer when it’s warmer. What’s it like traveling when you have to deal with colder temperatures and inclement weather?

Most of my family lives in the Portland area, which is about a three hour drive. Some of them usually come here for Thanksgiving and or Christmas. I never go anywhere for the holidays, but I do go to Portland several times a year.
