So I know not everyone makes new year’s resolutions, and that’s ok. I used to think they were pretty cheesy, and it’s only in the last few years I started making broad resolutions.
Still, I think it’s good for us to set goals for ourselves in general. For me this year, I want to eat healthier, exercise outside of PT, write every weekday (which I do anyway), travel more and take spontaneous trips, reconnect with old friends, and strengthen current relationships. It may seem like a lot, but these are genuine goals I have for myself.
What are some things you want to do this year? Whether it’s a specific action or something related to character, I think it’s good for all of us with SMA to set goals. Let’s help each other meet our goals and encourage one another.
