It’s time for another would you rather game! This one is a little more challenging in my opinion…
Would you rather have a slow-moving caregiver that doesn’t complete their daily tasks in a shift or an efficient caregiver you don’t vibe well with?
I thiiiink I would choose a slow-moving caregiver simply because I’m a people person and want to enjoy the company of the person I’m spending it with. That being said, I can’t guarantee how quickly I’d grow frustrated! I may have to go back on my word with this one if this situation ever arose in real life.

Depends on how long you have to deal with them. I actually have both, and prefer to get things done, so I’ll go with the efficient yet less personable option.
