      Happy Tuesday!

My latest column was inspired by a post I saw on Instagram. I had my topic for the week all planned out, only to completely switch gears. I guess that’s a good thing — it means I’m following my muse!

In the column, I answer some reflection prompts provided by author Chani Nicholas. I touch on some pretty heavy topics, but I would love to hear from you. What did Chani’s questions bring up for you?
