That was an eloquent explanation. Thanks for figuring out how to write it! This made me chuckle:
Some days, I’m overflowing with energy; some days, it’s all I can do to scroll Twitter.
Scrolling Twitter is something that’s literally difficult for me. I normally scroll by click-and-dragging the scrollbar but because Twitter is an infinite scroller, the scrollbar gets tinier and tinier and more and more sensitive as more content loads. Aaaahhhhh.

A little note, I think there’s a typo in the quote at the end? ““I see disabled people every day thinking of ideas disabled people never would have”.
