Dose of DeAnn Episode 22: Life Lessons and Getting Out During Hibernation Season
In this episode of Dose of DeAnn: A Glimpse Into My Life with SMA, I talk about venturing outside during the coldest time of the year to have some fun. Though I spend most of the fall and winter hibernating, I also think it’s important to do something for myself every now and then.
Recently, I went to a Make and Take class with my Mom. We made gords right in time for Thanksgiving! It was a ton of fun, and I provide footage of my class in this video.
It was a cold night, but sometimes you need to take a little risk in order to better yourself. I needed a night out of the house, and I made sure to bundle up before leaving.

Good video,who was the camerman?It is good to go out specially when is dark,cold and cloudy winter.I think most people in winter had little problems with depression.At in the end little joke:You just need to find a boyfriend and would be no winter and cold for you.

Thanks Adnan. My mom was taking the video for me. Im trying to teach her, but she’s not the most technical person. She did a good job though.
Boyfriend requirement, must be willing to travel to warmer climates.
