I really loved Kevin’s last column for SMA News Today, so I thought I’d share it here in case you missed it. He traveled down memory lane to a time when a meltdown over “existential woes and piercing anxieties,” as he put it, over living with SMA allowed him to create a better life for himself. I’ll save the details for the column, but I will say his words really resonated with me. Check it out here, and let me know what you think.

That was a good read. I’ve definitely had similar experiences. Sometimes all the bs just gets to be too much. Best let it out then be pragmatic about improving your situation, which is what Kevin did. It’s not easy but it’s worth the effort.

Thanks, Blake! Yeah, it’s definitely cathartic to let it all out.

I agree. Not worth holding it all in.
