Was your wish list fulfilled?
Hope everyone is enjoying the season! I’m excited, for Christmas I got an auto heat press! Not for everyone I know, but I’m anxious to try it out. Even though it’s automatic I’ll feel more comfortable using it while someone’s around to lend a hand. Then I’ll gauge to what extent I can do it myself (with Jaco.)
Has anyone used this type of tool? I’m open to any helpful guidance.
In the meantime, I have a few designs on the docket, mostly Minnesota-related because surviving here lends to bragging rights. I’m planning on practicing with t-shirts, sweatshirts and pouches.
I know we have creatives in the group. I’d love to get some ideas for simple SMA/disability-related quotes since I like playing with fonts. “Walking is Overrated” came to mind. Yay or neigh to that one? Quirky but not offensive is my goal. Tell me what you got!

Did you get the Cricut heat press? I have one and love mine. I can’t use it myself, but then again, I’m a lot weaker than you. I hope you figure out a way to use yours independently!
I like the quote about walking being overrated haha. I have a shirt that says, “I hate running,” and I love wearing it lol. You could get creative with a similar saying. Are you thinking about opening an online shop and selling your designs?
I believe I mentioned in a previous post that I wanted a towel warmer for Christmas, and I got one! I’m obsessed. It warms blankets, too, and it’s exactly what these old bones need for the winter. 😜

Practicing with someone around sounds like a smart move. “Walking is Overrated” made me chuckle; I think it hits the quirky-but-not-offensive vibe you’re going for!
For ideas, maybe something like “Rolling Through Life” or “Powered by Determination”?
