I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy!
My recent post about putting together a hospital bag inspired this video. No time like the present to go ahead with it. In this episode, you’ll see what I gathered for my bag. How did I do? What did I miss? If you have a hospital bag, I’d love to hear what’s in it. My hope is that I’m over-prepared and will never need it, but if I do, it’ll be ready.

Deodorant, oh my goodness! I NEVER think to pack deodorant on my way to the hospital. Granted we’re throwing things into a bag as fast as we can to not waste time, but deodorant is definitely a necessary item that I never think of.

Other things that should be in your hospital bag are your insurance information and advanced medical directives.
